Deep Cove is a small residential neighbourhood that lies northeast of the end of Mount Seymour Parkway. It hugs the coastline of the Burrard Inlet creating a great sea-side community. Residents here enjoy quick and easy access to the ocean, hiking trails, forest, and urban parks making this neighbourhood one of the most relaxed places to live in.
Neighbourhood amenities
Forested parks and the ocean surround Deep Cove, creating a truly intimate, relaxing and natural neighbourhood to live in with tons of outdoor activities readily available. Most notably, Deep Cove Park, which is a marina with access to great water sports such as kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding or even taking a hike to the spectacular viewpoint at Quarry Rock.
Deep Cove is also located just south of Mount Seymour. In the winter, residents have quick and easy access to all the amenities provided by Mount Seymour including skiing, snowboarding, hiking and snowshoeing.
On the corner of Panorama Dr and Gallant Ave is Deep Cove’s small commercial district that boasts great places to eat, shop and relax. It is considered the urban centre of the neighbourhood and attracts many local businesses.

Transit
Deep Cove can be reached via Mount Seymour Parkway, which is the only major route into the neighbourhood. Mount Seymour Parkway connects with the highway giving drivers easy access to the rest of the lower mainland. In addition, there are public transportation routes that run from Deep Cove to Vancouver and vice versa.
Deep Cove Real Estate
Detached houses make up the majority of the real estate market in Deep Cove; however, there has been a rare condo sale here and there. The condo market is quite limited in this neighbourhood.
